We are excited to present the project for the new WindTre headquarters in Milan, a new project focused on architecture, sustainability, and sharing.

The design work continued the efforts of the Renzo Piano - RPBW studio, which had previously provided a clear identity to the building through a harmonious integration of the concepts of transparency, interaction with nature, and conviviality.

The Monterosa91 project avoids the enclave effect, creating an open and permeable space that seamlessly communicates with the outside environment. Large transparent glass walls delineate the private offices and meeting rooms, connecting fluidly with the expansive open spaces. This architectural transparency highlights views of the internal green spaces and surrounding vegetation, fostering a healthy and stimulating work environment.

Through collaboration with the landscape architects at Studio Gibelli, nature is brought into the offices, permeating the spaces, purifying the air, and enhancing psychological and physical well-being. Strategically integrated greenery throughout the two floors not only serves an aesthetic purpose but also plays a crucial role in improving indoor environmental conditions, reducing stress, enhancing cognitive functions, and increasing productivity.

The two main areas serve as central points of the structure: the first as a place for pause and rejuvenation, the second as a dynamic zone adaptable to various work needs.

The project's design adopts a clean and elegant approach, with simple and well-defined finishes. The selected operational furniture features neutral but warm tones, echoing the company colors and promoting relaxation. Sustainability is a central element of the project: the large glass windows help reduce energy consumption, while the internal greenery reduces environmental impact and enhances occupant well-being.

Monterosa91 inaugurates a new way of conceiving workspaces, with particular attention to shared spaces where ideas and projects take shape. This project represents the future of office design, placing the individual at the center of design choices and promoting a more sustainable lifestyle.

With this innovative vision, the Monterosa91 project not only enhances the identity and values of its context but also those of the brand it represents, WindTre. We are proud to present this realization, ready to meet the diverse needs of users and foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
